Bought Rainbow Six Vegas

so i want to buy a new game but want it to be a game i can play for awhile (has good replay value). im into shooters like call of duty and gears of war, but im open to anything thats fun and has good multiplayer ect.

any ideas?

Have you played bad company? That is fun, it has a fun story mode and great multiplayer.

If you have maybe try like GRAW or Rainbow Six Vegas.

I recommend Avatar: TBE. It will take FOREVER to get all achievements!!

Seriously though, FPS games are not known for their long campaigns. If you want a shortishone with a ton of multi replay value I highly recommend Left 4 Dead. If you want a game that will take a while to beat but has pretty much no playable multi then def. GTA4 is the way to go, though GTA4 is not a FPS it's the closest thing. Also, Fallout 3 is very engaging, very bloody, tons of guns and takes a while to beat, but no multi.

I recommend this though: either rent, Gamefly or buy used a lot so you can see for yourself what a game has to offer. I often get 2-3 used games and test em/stomp through them, return for credit towards more games, rinse and repeat. I rarely buy new.
