Hey guys need some help. Started playing assassins creed series. Just beat the second one. Wondering if Brotherhood was worth it? Does it add more to the storyline?

Short answer: Yes.

Granted you enjoyed Part II, then there is little reason to not like/enjoy Brotherhood. There are some minor changes in combat approach, and missions give you primary and secondary objectives; otherwise the story is a direct continuation from the last game.

I recently got Brotherhood and am really enjoying it. I find it easier to get into the side missions since it's all in one city. Basically, if you like AC2 then there's no reason not to like Brotherhood. Granted, I waited a year between playing 2 and brotherhood so I wouldn't feel like I was simply playing an expansion of the 2nd game. Of course, I found out it has done enough to really be its own game, so I say it's definitely worth it.

If you don't play Brotherhood or Revelations, you won't know wtf is going on in AC3. It's as much as main series as AC2 was. In fact, it has more story to it than the first AC.

Yeah, it's fun. I played all 3. It gets better each game. Multiplayer is fun in ACB, only when you can find a match. But the Story is, of course, amazing. Get it now!

If you just finished AC2, why would you not play Brotherhood?

Don't you want to what happens next? I am sure you have questions after the conclusion of AC2.

I am definitely getting Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood (now that I'm finished with I and II). I think the single-player experience will be good and the multi-player looks fun. I think it would be a great pick-up consideringAssassin's Creed: Revelations will be coming out later this year.
