I'd go with Twisted Metal Head on. Which was one of the first games I go for my PSP and I still play it regalarly. If you like Twisted Metal games then get this one, Hopefully Sony will make another Twisted Metal for PSP soon? Also the Burnout games are pretty good too, My second choice.
