I really enjoyed it. There have been some complaints that the demo is "boring", but I honestly think those people don't see the bigger picture. The demo is essentially 3 things... The Race, the Time Trial, and the Stunt Run. Placed in the old traditional menu style of Burnout, that simply represents a short - but good - demo. But in the context of the new Burnout we have a more lengthy, entertaining game. The one thing I'm a little disappointed in is that when you fail an event, there's no quick option to simply retry. You have to drive all the way back and start it again. I guess that's in the truest nature of open world games (like GTA) but it might be better to have a quick restart option.
Other than that I love the game and can't wait for the full game in January.
I'm not sure I like how Takedowns barely feature anymore, but the newer stuff just about makes up for it. 3 is still the best in my opinionTheNumber_12
yeah dude 3 is still my favorit, but the new stuff is pretty damn good as well. lol im addicted to a demo! wait untill the full game comes out!
The game looks amazing and has a smooth frame rate all the time. Online is fun and almost lag free. The crashes are amazing. I like the new features but it doesn't feel like burnout any more in a way. Over all the demo was fun and addicting. lazeaai
I agree. The demo showed that this game is definatially going to be different then previous BurnOuts. It might be a turning point, hopefully for the better. But i must say it was entertaining before.
its already, in my opinion, the worst in the series it plays and looks like NFS with wrecks and thats about it. and someone else said it best its like you only have one map since your in this one city. i mean sure there are different sections of the city but it just doesn't appeal to me.
the first burnout game i know im not gonna get, glad to see some people enjoyign it though hope you guys have fun with the final game. also i've learned not to trust any game EA's port the full version always ends up dissapointing me. (yeah EA is the publisher but they defiently get involved with the developing even though its supposed to be handled by criterion).
Yah. i like most wanted but im not like this new burnout to much. Just not as fun as the old ones.its ok to me it felt a lot like need for speed most wanted.

The way the offline game integrates with the online stuff is fantastic and really well done.
I agree with the comment that it doesn't totally feel like a Burnout game but it's still awesome. Although Takedown was my favourite (loved the online stuff), I think this will be a very close second.
[QUOTE="SnakeLMR"]how do you play online? I just installed the demo!BZSIN
Push right on the d-pad to bring up the options. You'll be amazed at how seamless it all is :)

This one's not a port. It was done on the PS3 from the ground up so it'll be different than say, Orange Box.
