Buying a PS3 tomorrow..

....to sit next to my 2 Xbox 360's, PC, PS2, Wii, Gamecube, Dreamcast & PSP -- anyways, now that I've needlessly added that I'll move on.

Comes with Resistence. Couple of questions:

1) Can I buy PS1 games to download onto my PSP?

2) Any good demos available?

3) Is 'Home' available in the UK yet?

I have two Xbox 360's because my girlfriend is a gamer and paid for half of the second one. She has her own gamer tag as I refuse you share my screen with anyone (no split screen). Naturally we have two copies of some games too (got two pre-orders of Halo 3).

I know what I need to about the consoles I own but should I automatically know about the ones I don't? I guess I should look these things up but I firgured as this wasn't system wars there may be someone who already knows and could fill me in.

Home is a community environment where people can hang out and meet, play some free games and wait for friends to come online so they can launch into multiplayer games together, or atleast it will be as soon as they finish all the technology involved. You get realistic human avatars that you can customize with clothing and items, and apartment where you can invite friends and decorate to your tastes and eventually they'll allow you to purchase larger appartments that allow you to store mroe things and come stocked with new customization options. New PS3 games will also come with winable trophies that you can display in a trophy room to show off what you;ve accomplished. Some games will even give you items to customize your avatar or apartment.

2. Theres some decent demos, NGS, Virtua Tennis, Motorstorm, Res, Ridge Racer and a few others,
3. Nope Home isnt out yet, Itsaround in Sept/Oct time.Zenirith

Thank you all, looking forward to it all. Resistance appears to have solid reviews right across the board (couldn't be any worse than Perfect Dark Zero).

Only got a second 360 when there were enough games to justify it. Have two copies of Crackdown, Call of Duty 3, Lost Planet, Gears of War &Halo 2 (used to have two copies of PGR3).

I have two 360's also, along with two HDTV's.

Anyway, to the TC...you will need to get a component or hdmi cable for your PS3 ( assuming you have a hdtv ) so make sure you bring some cash for that as well.

1) yes, from the playstation store, provided your ps3 has the latest update version.

2) Ninja gaiden sigma demo is pretty good, my favorite one at least.

3) As far as i know home is not availible anywhere yet, coming out around september, october i believe. Not sure if that is worldwide though, but it should be.

Home is awesome alot of fun..the beta is alot of fun and most of the content isn't even there...and no1 should answer his ?'s because he was.dumb enough 2 buy 2 360's..LM*AOdamedash122

The 360 is a great console.
