I'm buying a PSP soon. I'm getting the Slim, and I was wondering...does that version of the PSP have any problems? Also, what are the first 2 games I should buy. I was thinking MoH2 and God of War.
The slim psp doesn't have any problems to my knowledge. I recommend it. It has twice the ram of the old psp so loading times are drastically reduced. Games: GTA: LCS, Untold Legends, Patapon, Castlevania: Dracula X Chronicles, and I hear that God of War is supposed to be good.

Isn't the only difference between the 2000 and 3000 models is the screen glare reduction?

The picture is brighter and more crisp. it's not a huge difference, but if your gonna get a PSP for the first time, there's no reason not to get a 3K, unless you found some great deal on a slim bundle.
Also a mic and also the screen suffered from interlace-style issue and Sony just released a Official Statement basically saying its not a hardware malfunction and they are not going to do anything about it in the future.

I heard they are barey even noticeable, and only on certain games. Any image looks crappy when you zoom to point blank and go "look at the lines!" (which is what they've been doing on every video showing the scan lines).
