Well Im from Australia and have gotten my PS3 from Australia. Since the games are quite expensive here, I was wondering if i bought games online from ebgames.com (America)... Would it work on my PS3 system?
Thanks :)

The demos usually hit the US and Canadian PlayStation Stores first so if there is a particular game demo coming up you are interested in you would be able to get it weeks before it hits the Australian store.
Regarding your hookup presently, is your tv a high definition set and are you connected via component or HDMI?
Ok I'm gonna try to help
You can buy any games but some games have the online play region locked (Army of Two is the only one I can think of) so you would only be able to play with North American people, most work world wide though.
As for the making a US account to download demos, make one download a few demos and if demos work with your TV that should mean the North American retail games would as well
I cant make a fake address. It wont let me. Help please?nuokyaliV
Try this :)
Comerica Park (Home of the Detroit Tigers MLB team :))
2100 Woodward Ave.
Detroit, MI 48216
Detroit is the city
MI is Michigan the state
48216 is the zip code
That should be enough
Hmm yeah they are Australian Version Games. Whats the difference? And create a US account for?nuokyaliVCreate a new master account on your PS3 using a new email address, put in a US address for it. This will give you access to the US PSN. Download a US game demo, this will let you know if your TV supports NTSC or not. If all is good start importing US titles, if not buy a new TV because you'll save a heap of money buy buying US titles.
