So I'm going to buy a psp e1000 to entertain me when I go abroad on holiday...

What memory card do I need for it? Will any SD/SHDC/Micro SD work? I wanted to avoid buying the official memory card as its rather expensive (and I want 8gb so I can put all my music on it).

Yes I guess thats all I want to know...thanks.

Ah nvm, I bought a pro duo card, not bad price for the 4gb.

And I've bought these:

Gran Turismo,

Little Big Planet,

Jak and Daxter the Lost Frontier.

Should keep me occupied :)

Sounds like a nice selection of games. LBP alone would probably keep you pretty well occupied, but the variety will probably be welcomed.

The PSP E1000 is just like the PSP 1000,2000,3000, just without wifi or Stereo sound. but with a more PSvita inspired case design. So PSP memory Stick duo, PSP memory stick pro Duo, Or Memory stick Mark 2 or even Memory stick micro with an adapter should still work, Plus headphones that work with PSP 2000 and 3000 should work.

The PSP E1000 is Sony's current PSP model for the PAL region and parts of asia, region 6 Middle east,Brazil.

The PSP is still going strong in Japan/asia and the Pal region. Here in North America the PSP has died out. So it is unlikely PSP E1000 will come to the U.S.A.
