If you don't have an American credit card, then you are probably out of luck my friend. I'm not sure if there is a way around it, but I highly doubt it.

I just put a code (Account Settings>Redeem Code) that i get attached to e-mail from a seller here, in Brazil. I pay him R$80,00 for $20,00 of credits. Not a very good negotiation.

I guess you do not know the method I mentioned above... and oh, Brazil is included on the list of countries and areas that are normally included in a PAL region release. I just do not understand what this has to do with his situation.
