To be honest, I used to do it on teamspeak, because its funny hearing everyone get knarked up. I only did it to WoW players though so its alright. I would never think of doing it to the PS3 crowd
The problem with muting players is that they dont stay muted durring intermissions. That is the real piss off. I find most people stop being annoying in game and just piss everyone off for the 60 seconds inbetween. I don't think banning guys is the answer but I would love to see a system where a team can vote players out of the game if they are annoying or team killers. That would make the CoD4 online experience complete.

I agree. Though I think they should also patch all the glitches like they do the pc version.
