Call Of Duty: World At War Online HELP

Hey, whenever I try to find a game in Call Of Duty, it says Getting Match Quality for about 10 seconds, and then goes strait to Waiting for X players (depending on which mode I choose) and then just stays like that. I've waited hours to get into a game. Is this happening to anyone else? Please Help

-I have a wired connection (100%)

-40gb Playstation 3

You sure ya ps3 wasnt just frozen? Lol it has NEVER took that long for me,No more then a minute.

Im sure it wasnt frozen because i could see all the stats in the barracks and i could use the in game xmb.rogala93

well it sounds just like you have really bad luck sorry man but Call of duty WAW matchmaking is horrible that somtimes happens to me and if it does I just leave that session than choose that same game type and within the 2nd or 3rd time of doing that you get into a match hope that helps

you need to just open up the right ports that can be found on the playstation website and ull be fine

Is COD W@W's online very good? I did not have many problems with COD4's mp and thought it was fantastic. Is W@W as good online??

they are basically the same game just WAW obviously is in a WW2 setting, most people say COD4 is better I havent played it for more then an hour though.
