if you have 60 gig ps3 then u can play 99 % ps2 and ps1 games and if you have 80 gig then you can play 80 percent ryt noe.through updates you can play more games
I pretty sure that i read about it being able to play something like 15,000 ps2 and ps1 games, so yeah that in my mind is alot of 'em.
And also pimper i have to agree with azzamy. he's just asking for help. sure it might be a weird question. but still he is asking for your help andyou aint helpin him out at all.
Yes you can and if you have the US 60 gig system it has the EE chip that allows the PS3 to play somewhere around 90% up to close 99% of the PS1/PS2 games. In time the consoles without the EE chip could be just as good with firmware updates.
