Out of these: Madden 09, MGS4. Fallout 3, NCAA 09, COD4, MLB 08: The Show, NBA Live 09 (Already have NBA 2K9) I am probably getting at least one sports game out of these as I am a sports fanatic.

Get Madden 08-07 used they are cheaper, and basically the same thing. Ok so get, Madden, COD4, and Fallout I did not enjoy MGS4, but that is because I didn't know the whole story I guess

Get the ones marked in red.And yes you might also want to check out the Valkria Chronicles Demo.It is an amazing game.
MGS4 for obvious reasons, Fallout 3 because they just patched it and its even better than before, and NHL 09 because its insanely addictive and Be A Pro Mode is revolutionary.
