Wait, do you want to buy PS1 Classics through the Japan PS Store and play them on an Australian PS3? I think it is possible... as long as you have a Japanes credit card.

Your credit card will need to be valid for the address you entered when you set up the US/***/EU account.

People have reported that they have been able to add credits to their accounts by just adding a the smallest amount. It won't check for your billing address.

you can buy stuff from the US store with a Euro Credit card as long as u only add $5 to your wallet at a time. I do it all the time
