I don't use my PS3 much, but I'm trying to D/L the HS demo... it's taking F O R E V E R, so I wondered if there is a way, like with the 360, to download with the unit shut off, where it finishes downloading, then powers down?
Thanks for the speedy responses... To be fair though, the 360 only added this with an update... it's a very nice feature though. Most 360 downloads dont' take too long... so I don't even use the feature that often, but this HS demo is so popular I'm at 6% after about 30 minutes... I just plain don't want to wait it out, and I need to go to work soon. Oh, well... I guess I'll just get the rest tonight/tomorrow.

well the reason the 360 has it is because if you leave it on tolong it will break. you can leave ur ps3 on for weeks and it wont break
Hmm... Maybe it's a problem with your internet? I know this is a bit off topic but I doubt it should take that long. I've been downloading for a bit less than ten minutes and I'm at 45%.
