Dude, you're on a game site & you'r asking people this question? Is it really that hard to type in rock band in the gamespot search engine & check yourself?
you can play with 1, 2, 3, or 4 players, but the GH3 guitar doesnt work right now, both companies are pointing the blame on each other, so don't expect it to work anytime soon either.
