go to a speedway and buy a PSN card, they have them there for increments of $20. If you don't have access to one of those then try to order one online through Ebay maybe?

If all else fails ask your parents for their credit card.

I use Entropay. you can go to their web site and create a Secure online credit card and its usable on PSN. My country is not supported by PSN so with this I can get stuff without giving away my address! Dont worry Its legal.

Stay away just to be safe. You are dealing with your money here, a site without an established reputation is dangerous at best.

EDIT: I found it on mywot.com. Nobody seems to have a problem with it but once again it has just a few users and according to compete.com only has around 4,000 visitors a month...

you can also create a securecard mastercard through paypal,check paypal account info site and shee(account>products/services/paypal plugin,then make a securecard through the plugin)

I can honestly say I have been using Entropay for a few monthes and it works great. I live in israel and other people here use entropay so they can buy things from PSN. I have no reason to lie to you, I have been a member of this fourms for a few years now. Using credit cards Online is never completly safe it dosnt matter if its on paypal or entropay or directly on PSN.
