I know the two are unique in their own way but seeing what you can do with LBP ie the level builder and such and home which cannot see the light of day (dont know how much perfection sony is looking for) I think LBP is set for the kill.
Home is not a game, Sony is taking its time with Home because it is not a simple new feature to add to the PSN they need to make sure it will run smoothly of course it might have some issues even when released but they will be able to fix those problems sooner.
As for LBP given it is a very innovative game and all some might get bored from it fast.
Won't Home just be a free update that will eventually be available for all PS3 models? Do you mean that LBP will be bought more than Home? Because, I think HOME will be free(thats not to say everything in the ,"game"/whatever it is, will be free). However, if you mean people will be using LBP more than HOME, than my opinion would have to be in the middle, there will be people playing LBP and there will be people on HOME, and both are new, so I don't think one can overshadow the other. Just what I think.

i must say.. LBP is way to cute... it looks amazing and very innovative.. ill be getting it.. and it already looks like a whole universe by itself.. in the other hand.. HOME is a truly universe.. BUT.. i dont like the character design of home.. we all seem a nerd like character.. with some goofy walking and appearance... meh.. did not like the characters appearance.. resembles to The Sims.. meh.. just hope theres enough customization to put each character to each ones liking! in the other hand, HOME functionalities seem amazing.. expecting it x). take all the time that's needed sony!

Dude they will, home has "rooms" for each exclusive, and each "room" is themed along with the game, like uncharted is all tropical and whatever. You go into the room and find people, then you can join a game with them

Dont think it will happen. IMO HOME has a larger audience and bigger WOW factor...LBP is a good game, but no match against the enormity of what is HOMe
