Even though I haven't installed Linux, seeing how the PS3's disc drive isn't a writeable one, I'm going to have to say no. The only possible way would be if you'd hook up an external disc writer to the PS3 via USB that works with Linux; but then why not just hook it up to your PC for less of a headache.

What kind of question is this. Of coarse not. No console will ever put a burner drive in the system..that be just stupid man.
