I'm getting a PSP 3000 for Christmas and I want to get some PSOne Classics for it. Can I access and purchase things from my PC, or Just the PSP? do you download PSN to the PC? I tried finding dumbed-down articles but just couldn't find straight enough answers, I'm a dummy. Any help is grately aappreciated.

On the far right part of the PSP menu, go to Playstation Store. Log in with your PSN account. Then find the game you want to buy to download it. You can transfer the games from your PC to your PSP instead if you install the Playstation Store on it,but it's faster to do it on your PSP.

you can download psp games from

A) the playstation store on a PS3 Or

B) a PC using Media Go software (free from sony) then you just transfer files to your psp using a USB cable, or

C) Directly from wireless internet on your PSP.

Personally I usually just download games directly to my psp from a wireless hotspot (at work, my house, coffee shops etc). but if you dont have wireless anywhere, its easy to just transfer files using a PS3 or the Media Go software on a PC.

Obviously he/she does not have an account or any experience with the PSN whatsoever. Well first establish a wifi connection on to your PSP and once you're sure it works, go all the way to the right and go to sign up for Playstation Network. Make an account and you can access the store. Go to a PSOne classic you want and select it, and purchase. When you do select purchase, you'll then be prompted to enter credit card information and then you can download the game.

Most PSOne classics are $5, but the more popular titles such as MGS and FF 7 sell for $10.
