You have to join the ARMY or have a family member in the Army, cause the only place they've been seen are military bases and that was back in December.

Fort Benning has them in the commissary, at least the last time I was there (a month ago or so). Just find a friend in the military and ask them to take you onto a base, but I'm not sure if the US store even supports them at this point.
