99% of all viruses are written for Windows. I'm sure it's possible for the ps3 to get a virus, but I have no idea how you would get it onto you ps3. You can't add attachments to the mail and you can't open .exe files, etc., I just don't see how it would work. I'm not a programmer/hacker either though.

yeah i agree, plus also relating to this hacking into the ps3 wont happen tell later on Sony came up front and said the first person to hack into a ps3 gets one for free but i sure as heck hope that viruses never come its inevitable but like every thing theres always room for a first time for anything and it better never happen
somebody TOS that guy, anyway if your using the OS system on there and get the file has is a virus, yes i am assuing you can. now what effect that would have your console.... I don't know.

yeah i can see where you are getting at but when people just post false truths and lies just to get attention it geats really annoying this guy had not intention of helping the matter at hand in this case the TCs question but when you post BS or somthing that is totally off topic it really is freaking annoying but yeah we shouldnt be the ones giving the lil boy what he wants:Attention so just let it go and he will leave i hate fanboyz that goes for all systems
