Can you browse the net or watch youtube on PSP/PSP go?

Besides playing games I really need a protable device that allows me to browse simple news site and stream youtube videos.

No youtube. It sucks. I mean whats the point in having wi-fi on a portable system if you cant watch videos and browse flash sites.B-o-u-n-c-e

nope you cant even watch a single video on youtube , or look on gamespot , i tried that it does load but it doesnt show everything ,
