Can you cancel Amazon orders?

I ordered Valkyria Chronicles from Amazon for $49.99 a few days back and it hasn't arrived yet, but I checked online and Best Buy has them at $39.99...not a sale either, it's their retail price. At the time I ordered at Amazon, Best Buy had it at $64.99.

No clue if you can cancel, but you can send it back for a full refund if you don't open it.

Email amazon and tell them it is cheaper by 10 dollars at best buy, send them a link and i bet they give you the difference. But you can cancel it if is hasn't shipped.

They even gave me a refund when I accedentally chose the shipping that wasn't free instead of the free one, and this was after they shipped it to me.

As long as it hasn't shipped then you can cancel your order. If it has, then you're out of luck. Kcdragon8116

it also depends on if the game was bought from amazon.com itself or one of their 3rd party sellers.

I just did a search for Valkyria Chronicles on amazon and it was a 3rd party seller selling it.

Who cares? It's ten bucks. It's done and gone, just let it go.

They did charge me tax. And its more like 10 bucks, not a couple. The majority of you here appreciate cheaper game prices (excpept when you buy them at Gamestop), and yet make fun of me for wanting to save some money? Gimme an effing break.

But I guess I'll return it if Best Buy still has them in stock.

You can cancel if it hasn't shipped like others have said. If it has already shipped then you only save a couple of bucks like Hanabie said. You have to pay taxes when you buy from Best Buy unlike Amazon (unless you live in New York, apparently) and you will spend at least $4 or $5 on shipping costs when you return the game to Amazon.chathuranga

Well I live in Canada (this is Amazon.ca not .com) so tax regulations may be different. I checked my confirmation email and it did indeed include taxes.

I'm pretty sure you don't have to pay return shipping if you use their label, but I could be mistaken.

go to the "track packages", choose the item, if the cancel option is there do it, else, it's already shipped
