can you download from the US store onto a UK PS3?

i made an account and i can log on to the US account but the downloads seem to be staying on 0%.

Has anyone succesfully managed this?

if your TV isnt 720p or 1080i/p then it won't work because your tv (if european or UK) is 576p and american TV's are 480p or something like that.amcallister902

Uhm, no.

1. US games do work on European TVs (played them on both SDTV and HDTV here; living in Germany)
2. TV resolutions have nothing to do with whether he can download something from the store or not.

All US and *** downloads work on my EU PS3, exept for the Def Jam demo. It always seems to be 'currupted data'.abudjasim

Def Jam demo is region locked, that's why.
