I know that the xbox and xbox360 have this option. I'm personally wondering whether any playstation 3 games support this feature. I rented Ridge Racer 7 and it had an option, but it only worx for tracks dled from sony's digital store, which btw isnt on the PSN yet. So i was curious as to if any PS3 games have had this functionality properly working for any songs stored on the HDD.

Well no sorry it cannot be done. You cannot use the XmB in games so you really cannot expect to use custom soundtracks.

Well no sorry it cannot be done. You cannot use the XmB in games so you really cannot expect to use custom soundtracks.
I think that they will eventually firmware it - I mean, it can download, sign you into PSN, and play the login jingle during gameplay, I imagine that it wouldn't be hard with one of the cell CPUs keeping the XMB going in the background. Well, here's for hoping ^^Â

if there is a future in game option to select (use MP3s on HDD) you can.Â
