if you read the bottom it says [Update] A Sierra Games representative told GameSpot he couldn't speak about all the titles on the list in need of a publisher, but stressed that Ghostbusters is not canceled.
GhostBusters was not cancelled. It lost its publisher, as well as many other games, and besides, Sony pushed the game until mid 2009 to release it with the Anniversary edition of the movies (Sony is not making the game, but holds the franchise titles, thus it has ower above it)
That's good news, anyway. But it's too bad about Afrika. I was looking forward to it and I have no desire to import the Japanese version. I find it hard to believe that Afrika wouldn't sell. Especially since games like Endless Ocean did.

You take pictures of animals that by the time the game comes out in the U.S. they will be extinct. A picture snapping safari, if you will. ahhh, thanks for telling me why the game was canceled here in the U.S. :-)
