Cannot connect to network!!!

hi can someone plz help me!!

when i try to connecty it says,

'connecting to access point' then it says 'exchanging key information' then it goes back to saying 'connecting to access point' and so on and so on.

it goes back and forth for about a minute and then it says 'connection timed out' or something. does anyone know how to fix this?

i know the network settings are correct as my other two psps can connect perfectly. ita juat this one that is having the trouble

first try this,

make a brand new connection on your psp, if it does not work then try this

-unplug the black cord from the back of your wireless router, wait a couple seconds, then plug it back in, that should work if it dosent then i dont know what else to recoomend

the problem was that it needed a firmware update.
