Is anyone still having this issue. I was playing yesterday and now it says it cannot connect!1 wtf its not like I can play this single player; if it like this tomorrow im going to try and return it.
If your game data is corrupt, go to your saved games data and delete your socom data and then start the game. When you first started Socom before the patch it saved and will say your data is corrupt after the patch download. So delete your data and you will be fine.
It does not say anything about corrupt. I never played the beta... I bought the game yesterday did all of the updates and whatnot, played it no issues, now today I go to play it and I cannot get past the start screen it goes:
-Initializing
-Logging on servers
-Faild Cannot login to serves
and back to the start screen.
I am on a wired connection I did all of the basic stuff: reset router, ps3 etc.
Don't know what to tell you camp, I just got off about an hour ago. Some on here said they have corrupt data and that is how you solve it. If anyone is on, send my a friend request. PSN ID is Drufeus.
I already tried deleting all socom confrontaion game save data its an error to do with the player profile becaus eit wont save that either. I feel like i am one of the GTA fans going thru this BS but there are issues with their servers as well much like when the beta started. I am going to hold off on playing for now and wait for a patch to come out before i re-install obviously the 1.1 patch aint doing it or w/e.
Hey campe33, you can't join because the servers are at their capacity. I sat with my thumb on the start button, repeatedly trying for about 20 minutes before I could get on. Don't know if it's coincidental, but connected after shutting down my pc and cable box, I obviously have a cable company connection.
Hope they patch this turd quickly. Same thing happened with RB6V2, but was corrected by the end of the 2nd day.
