lol well those are 2 totally different genre of games. if you like a long stealthy game with ONLINE capabilities. Get MGS PO. IMO its much better in value. If you like fighting games and stuff get Tekken, i never really got drawn into tekken, i dont really like fighting games that much
tekken is pretty fun. and surprisingly if you plan on ever playing arcade style, transitioning from the PSP tekken DR and arcade tekken DR is relatively easy. obviously there's no story to suck you in, but it's useful for those pick-up-and-play urges you get. since MGSPO does have a storyline though, it's the kind of game you'll need to dedicate some time for.
Metal Gear Solid portable ops, tekken is fun but i thought it got boring probably because it was the only game i owned at the time. Still i found portable ops much more fun.
Tekken is way better. As a PSP game it's presentation is top notch (tons of modes, 34 characters, story mode for each individual character, best Ad-Hoc play on the PSP) and the CONTROLS work. Metal Gear has a great story and if you can tolerate the frustration from the controls you will enjoy it though.
I got used to the controls of metal gear solid after an hour i didnt find them that hard.Yes tekken has got awsome graphics, lots of different things but its all fighting. Do you want a fighting game or do you want an action shooter ?Â
It really depends on what you're looking for. Despite that, however, my vote goes to MPO. It's a much deeper game, with a complete online mode on top of everything else.
I would say MGS:PO. I haven't played any other PSP game more. It's excellent, even if you never touch the multiplayer mode.
I have heard awesome things about Tekken but the PSP dpad is trash unless you are willing to mod it. Even then, it's not as good as a PS2 dpad. And don't even think about trying to use the analog nub. It will wear out quickly.
