Cant go to school today because CoD4 on PS3 is the superior version

So for months all these xbot dudes at my school have been teasing me about how much better CoD4 is going to look on their console. Well last night I emailed one of the xbots (thought he was my bud) the reviews from gamezone (http://www.gamezone.com/) which gave the 360 a 9.5 and the PS3 a 9.7, saying PS3 had better visuals. He replied back that he was gonna Kick mah ### today and cc'ed all his x-buddies on it. Now2 of them want to meet me at the flagpole after school for a whuppin -- isnt that stupid some people cant accept the fact that their console's hardware is limited compared to the PS3s and they have to resort to fighting about it? Sheesh, am I gonna have to go through this from now on for every multiplatform game that comes out?:evil:

About time someone tells this kid what to do. There is NOTHING wrong with a cheap shot when someone has called you out. Like this guy says, throw the first hit. Make it good and hit the biggest guy. Your best bet is for the nose (will blind him for a second, granting you two or three more hits). If you cant reach his nose go for the balls or knees with a good quick kick. The most important thing is that you DONT telliport cock back your arm or leg). This will only show your attacker what you are about to do. Surprize is key here.

If you think your gona get your butt kicked, you will. And if you do, it doesnt hurt that bad or for very long. It will just make you stronger for your next fight. Sounds like you need a dad to teach you these things. If your ever around Arizona and need to learn to fight from a Marine let me know. A quick 30 min. class and you will be good to go.

i didnt have school yesterday or today and i reserved call of duty 4 for the ps3. now i cant get it cause i spent all my money on gh3. im screwedddd

ok i am a ps3 fanboy, i'll admit it, but when it comes to call of duty 4, im getting it for 360. Call of duty 4's executive producer said this AND i quote "in E3 and tokyo gameshow, we demo all our games for the 360, because it looks more polished and better frames" and same thing went for madden, ps3 = 30 frames per second, 360 = 60 frames, i might be a ps3 fanboy, but 360 is just better for some gameseylshazuela

It could very well be that the PS3 version looks better, but so far NOBODY really said it. i'm curious, cause i'm wondereing what system to buy it for. This site says nothing anout differences. it's just reviewed ny two different persons. just keping it real here.. truelly no basher or troll

Why is that? I agree with 100% of their reviews. They see things the exactsame way I do. I have no reason to read other reviews.

How am I an fanboy when I have both systems and I like both systems? They both have incredible graphical output and both are going to have great exclusives. My general feeling is that the graphics on both systems will be approx the same for a long time. In the end, PS3 developers may be able to eventuallyedge the 360, but it really won't make much of a difference either way.

It's been said that the PS3 version has better lighting. UT 3 has more to it on PS3 and has better lighting as well.

I agree. Fight them if they force you to. Be sure to kick the first guy right in the nugget. This will ruin his day. You can also put your finger in someone's eye (even just a glancing blow will do) to end the fight quickly. Whatever you do, don't end up on the ground with your attacker on top of you, and don't be afraid to fight dirty. ;) Remember, they forced you to. Good luck!

Hey TC school days almost up, did you get whipped? If you havent fought yet heres a few more tips: try throwing dirt in their eyes. If he gets you in a headlock yank his hair (if its long enough) and dont let go,or bite HARD into his arm. If he's coming at you dodge and jump on his back and use yerfingernails to claw theflesh away from his face. Finish him off by pulling out your PS3 sixaxis controller and pound him sensless with it.

Follow these tips and you'll have all the girl gamers at your Jr High swooning over you.

Of course if you do find yourself getting pummeled or pinned, just scream "I'M A HEMOPHILIAC!!" and when his backs turned sucker punch his kidney area before running for your school bus.

The 1080P video proves nothing. it shows that it runs in 1080p but it doesn't show whether it's native or upscaled...

The second link might be true in that it runs a little bit better on the PS3.. so thus far, the PS3 has the upper edge.

But for me (unlike you) this is far from conclusive. i expect more jaggies in the PS3 version. I hope not, but i do expect them.

In the end, i don't care what version is better. i'll just buy the best verion. 1080P is no issue for me. i run my games in good old 720P.

The golden hot spot for gaming this gen. 1080P is nonsense. and CoD4 is upscaled anyway.
