cant hear any sound

okay it happened about two weeks ago, I dropped my psp at school while I was listenin to some music and I pulled the head phones out there was no sound. I tried to put the headphones back in and I did and I could hear them through the head phones but not without the headphones. when I go to check the music the system still thinks headphones are in the system is there any way for me to trick the system into fixing it? like a program or software?

I've heard of this happening before, it's not really a problem if you use headphones most of the time but it sucks if you do use the speakers, i'm not sure if there is a way to fix this. You could always try calling sony i guess.wiis2player
