Can't Log In Error code 80710092

Is anyone else having problems logging into PSN? I keep getting this error code and have tried all the suggested actions. Is it down at the moment?

I was having this problem last night too. Haven't tried it since.

So I used to have Fios back in FL and never had this problem. Now that I have time warner cable in Raleigh NC, it happens all the time. I got the router replaced. I tried changing dns, I put my machine in the dmz. I have 3 different playstations between me and my roommates and they all get the same errors. I tried having only my ps3 hooked up to the router and nothing else. The firewall is turned off. It's hit or miss , sometimes I can be on for an hour sometimes only 10 minutes. The strange thing is that whenever I actually go to the internet Connection Test to see if there is some type of problem connecting to the net it works fine and connects to the psn and then it will let me sign in with no problem. If I don't do the internet connection test then I can keep trying to sign in all day and it will keep giving me the error. Sometimes it says dns error as well. I tried contacting sony and they just mentioning port forwarding but from my understanding, that solution would only work for 1 playstation out of the 3 in my apartment. I also was under the assumption that putting your playstation in the dmz was like having all it's ports open. Either way I don't know what's going on. It worked great with verizon fios. I even tried to use the same dns that I used with fios. Tried the google dns. I rebuilt my database from the special menu. I disabled Wan Blocking on my router. These were all things that I had read online that would supposedly fix the issue yet I'm seeing that I am not alone. I have no problem with any other service, everything else runs fine. I have 50mbs down and 5mbps up. I can run the wii , the xbox , my pc, my 3ds, my phone, my ipod all with no problems on the network. It's just the ps3. I have it connected hard wired ethernet and I have tried wireless as well just to make sure.
