Can't sign in to PlayStation Blog and PlayStation Websites

Is anyone having trouble signing into these websites. It keeps saying the Site is up for Maintenance. Does anyone know another way into signing in?

I have this problem also since the outage, I can sign into PSN well but the websites I can't.

you also cant change your password after you did on your ps3/psp and i forgot my new password's intricate details.
