Well, the Scarecrow DLC you get from pre-ordering the game. Joker DLC was out maybe a week ago.

The exclusive Joker maps are, but the Scarecrow maps and the Crime Alley maps are exclusive for CE and preorders.

I know what you mean, been trying to not play Batman before downlaoding all the free stuff but i couldnt wait and played almost an hour into the game :P .. bought it 11AM and now its 5PM.. all this time i wonder what sony is doing
