I know the movie has been out a while but i saw it for the second time and again it hit me all i could think about was Resistance the monsters looked kinda like the ones in Resistance idk just made me want to go home and play the game and i did, anyone agree? Btw Colverfield rocks!
i've heard alot of people say they thought it was bad but personally i thought it was wonderful movie. The special effects were amazing it seemed like it could really happen and it reminded me of a terrorist attack, unannounced and terrifying. I loved how emotionally sadistic the film was too. The only thing that really pissed me off was that the monsters backstory or origin was never explained, but all together i thought it was a really great movie.

Yeah that bugged me a lot but the best part i thought was when the army and the marines were fighting the thing, you know where the camra dude is laying on the ground and you see all the solders fireing at the monster aw man i was like dayam i wanna go play cod4 that was cool with all the gunfire and the tanks.... the camraman was all lookin at the monster then you see a rocket fly past him i was like ohhh SHi!! then the army moves in that part was classic i did get kinda sick from all the jerking of the cam dude but it was a good movie

In no way was it like resistance. It had a small bit of Alien the movie influence with the alien popping out of that one chick but no one was being put into alien ships and being mutated into aliens. The movie wasn't bad but by no means will anyone remember it 2 years from now. The ending left you hanging and I wouldn't think a sequel would be good for that type of movie.

But people ate it up and they've already talked about making a sequel if sales were good. So.. you should probably expect a sequel my guess is it's going to be like the Romero flicks each sequel will take place hours after eachother in a new town. but who knows, it came form the OCEAN
It was kinda a cool movie some liked it some didnt I Am Legand was sweet aswell and im talkin about the monster not the actual movie was resistance, only bad part was yeah the end where they left it wide open for a sequill i was like what no wait LAME!!!!! i stayed a bit while the credits were rolling just to see if anything would happen but nope prolly another comen out soon dang,
