how do i get all of the perifials on all my weapons? like, is it from the challenges or just using the weapon?

Challenges. The more you use a certain weapon, the better you get at it, the easier challenges are.

It's based on number of kills with that weapon. After like 150-300 kills you will have all the peripherals. If you want different camo for your guns youll have to get a lot of headshots with it.
