CoD WaW: Question #1

If I wanted to restart the Solo mod on CoD WaW, so I could unlock more trophies. Would I lose Nazi Zombies in the process and have to wait until I beat the campaign again?

Actually you're right they do respawn infinitely :P. you have to slowly move yourself up or else there will just be endless waves.Takiwara
