COD4 host migration?

I have been hearing much about this and have a lot of questions. Is this migration for the in game as well as the lobby because I think that its very stupid to just get in to a game and as soon as the game start or for that matter right at the end where it gets really competitive and the game just all of a sudden ends and it counts as a loss for everyone no matter what it says on your screen. I know that there is no fix for the problem for people just leaving right at the end of a game and when your looking for that exact game type and you dragged into a game that is going to end in 2 mins but still what about the host migration?

It's been confirmed countless times on IW's official forums that the Host Migration feature will end the game, keep all of the players in tact, go back to the pre-game lobby, select a new host, and restart.

It will not switch the host mid-game and keep the game running.

yep. but i can still feel the room being mad if the game ends and it just happens to be me who is the host.
