The only real way you can do these is probably by searching the game at the same ime and just try and get in a game together, you wont be able to just do as you like, as this would be classed as children as people will be able to complete challenges etc.. so easily
Me and my mate did it since he wanted headshots for the mp44. Click invite friends and quickly click cagematch. If your lucky youll make a game yourself and your friend will join
