COD4 online keeps messing up.... please help.... happening to anyone else?

When i click mulilplayer then play online as soon as it signs me it it says error has occured you have been signed out of the network. my internet and everything is working fine cause i am on the computer now, it was working fine yesterday and before that and so on, it just started happening today.

Someone please help
