COD4 online play for PS3

I've been trying to play COD4 online for the past two weeks but it gets stuck in downloading settings. Has anyone had this problem lately? Does anyone know if the server for COD4 is down?

Thats odd, I've been trying to play but nothing. I can play other games online except COD4. Thanks.
