IS everyone else getting .... Downloading game settings when they try to find a game, or is it just me?

its a common problem among some, but ive never gotten it more than a minute or so

When I get this problem which is rare, I usually just exit out of Online and go back in, works everytime.

it was a problem for me for awhile but i rarely get it now. im having a diff problem with hosting and joining games for some reason not just with CoD4 but my other games as well like tekken online. trying to figure out how to fix it...
