cod4 problem online

i assume this is the rigth place to ask this question if not dont yell at me lol. ive been playing this game online for a week or 2 now and have gotten to level 40 playing occassionally. the problem im having just started. okay im on level 40 and get a couple challenges done and level up to lvl 42 the nbefore im done get to 42. k i get off after a game then quit out of online and shut off the ps3. then i go to get back on and im back at lvl 40 again. this happened 3 times the exact same thing(plus or minus about a 100 xp). and im wondering if theres something im doing wrong. kinda starnge this has only started to occur recently.any help will be much appreciated. thanks

Ya, me and my clan [2siK] were super pissed off today, it seems like it started since last night

my friend today was at level 54 and then he got off, then came back with level 45.

I just want them to fix it now, I got so engaged in completing the challenges than I don'treally see a point in playing like this.

yes everyone has this problem i assume its somthing wrong with thier servers theres already a thread on this too

i played for a few hours today and went from 40 to 46....but now its back to 40 OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG

yeah, i know man. it happened to EVERYONE. i already checked at the infinity ward forums. i losta bunch of ranks from 31, 3 weapon maxouts, bunch of challnges, a 24 kill streak, 23-3 and 19-0 games. and the messed up thing, is that the only thing that keeps getting bigger are my deaths, that's it.I was something like 1310-1120 or so before the glich and now i'm like 820-1233. total crap. i kinda wish i could restart all over now.

the fault is on their side of the table, not the users. i'm sure it'll be resolved, but i want to play pretty bad. however, all i will accomplish is ruining my record with more deaths.
