k heres my situation............................i have cod5 for the wii, but im seriously thinking of trading it in for the ps3 version. im sceptical about it though because im afraid that gamers will stop supporting it when MW2 comes out,...so could u guys please tell me if u are gonna keep supporting it or giving it up?

BTW THE POLL IS BASED ON ONLINE (NOT CAMPAIGN, or NAZI ZOMBIES)

Would be trading it direcly, like you give him the wii version and he gives you the ps3 version. If so trade.I don't think COD5 will be dead, it will still have a community but it will defiantly have less people when MW2 comes out. I think you should wait for MW2 so you can have a fresh start like all the other nooblets.

I don't really see why you want to sell the wii version; the whole exchange will result in you losing several games only to acquire a game you had before with somewhat better graphics. i don't think it's worth it, unless of course you really dislike the wii version (for whatever reason that may be...) I know that's not really the issue you wanted to hear comments on, but i think ultimately the price you're willing to pay isn't worth the cost... and you know, sometimes a third party's perspective could be helpful even if you think your initial decision is correct...

...In terms of the MP community on the PS3, i'm sure there will still be plenty people playing Cod:waw long after MW2 comes out... not as much as right now obviously, but still a relatively significant number. As for me, i don't know yet. I am planning on picking up MW2, but that doesn't automatically mean that i will never go back to games i enjoy, with Cod:waw being one of them...

anyway, i'm sure there will be plenty of people playing after MW2's release, so don't worry about it in that sense, but i still don't think you should make the trade from the cost perspective... If this was my decision, i would hold out until MW2 comes out to make any type of trade and not simply exchange for a game that i (plus/minus) already own...

everyone should have played codwaw to death before mw2 even comes out. Like I said zombies is great, the story blows kz2's away. Even if you liked COD4, this is that but WW2 with a dark, horror type side. The new zombie maps remind me of that movie Planet Terror, your trapped in a house, everything is burning outside, and he characters are crazy, the things they say.....

I really think that MW2 will be more successful as infinity ward are at it again and after the success of COD4 and the amount of preorders made, I'd wait for COD4, there will still be people playing it, you can buy it now if you want to play nazi zombies but its not really exciting unless you got a good group of friends, but i recommended pre-ordering MW2 so your not disappointed if you don't get it on release day.
