Confused (uncharted question)

Im really confused about uncharted graphics because

They shows the same pictures but one looks better than the other (Mainly the gametrailers)
at the top they said it shows off different graphic settings but why is there graphic settings in the game?? arent they only for the PC. and if im correct this is only for the PS3.

is that a pc version? or graphic settings in the game (ps3 that is)? or do they show different builds?
