Connect to a Tv?

Sorry if this has been asked before, i used the search board option and i couldn't find anything...

I was just wondering if it was possible to hook your PSP up to a TV, so if you wanted to say watch a UMD movie you could watch it through the TV.

The PSP slim can connect to a TV out of the box while the current PSP cannot. However, you are able to buy an adaptor made by various third party companies that is placed over the PSP's screen and it sends the image and sound to your tv.

So the real answer is yes...I hate when people who really don't know the answer just tell you no :( Just do a search for TV2PSP, TV to PSP, ect on google and it should bring you some answers. One of the solutions costs about $60, while the other will cost you around $130 (and you have to take your PSP apart for the $130 one, not the cheaper ones though). Hope that helps.

you can with the new psp but im sure there will be an update so the old psp can do it as well. u can get adaptors but the quality is not good

You can only do that with the PSP Slim.

You can only do that with the PSP Slim.

do you not read and knowticed the previous post that it CAN be done with third party devices. I've done it before but it didn't come with any sound output - only video. :(
