I was at my buddy's house yesterday and I brought over my PS3. We planned to play COD4 side by side using 2 TVs, but it wouldn't let us do it.

When one of us were in a game, it would say "Downloading Game Settings...". Does this work for other games or what's going on?

Thanks.

That's odd. I would usually get that problem too, but that shouldn't happen. Did you try restarting the router? That's what I do to fix it.

Yea, all Canadian internet providers are crap. They all sell you the EXACT same thing.

Try enabling the "clone ip address" option on the router. Some ISPs match the cable connection to a single MAC address and if the router picks up several it gives problems. I had the same problem connecting my PS3 and that fixed it.

Sounds like router settings aren't proper for multiple devices.

I dont know, but my friend created a second user on my ps3, and logged into playstation network, and it saved that information. So then a few days later, i was playing Resistance 2, and it said player 2 log in, and it let me log in on a second account, and so me and my friend play online at the same time. lol. i thought it was really ballin.
