Connecting PS3 to a Computer Monitor

I'm about to buy a new LCD Monitor and I was wondering if I needed any special cords or ports to connect my PS3 to my computer Monitor.

Ok a simple answer because i use a 22" screen to play my games.

Make sure the monitor has either a HDMI port or a DVI(white color) port.

If it has a HDMI port just get an HDMI cable otherwise buy a HDMI to DVI cord at walmart(where i got mine)

Play the ps3 and change the display settings to your screen.
