They are serious, but at least Gameloft cover ups their rip-offs quite well (And they're pretty decent too), this on the other hand looks horrible and they even ripped of the logo, the character design, the themes, it's just incredible.
Sure it's a blantant clone, but it's not exactly copyright infringment.

i could've sworn one of the levels looked almost exactly the same. i wonder if the"dev co." just got a copy of the game and tweaked some art assets and a little bit of level design.
ahahahahaaha I understand being a rip off like how COD is a rip off of Medal of Honor or how Guitar Hero and Rockband are similar but holy crap they even stole the font style..
I remember the old days where I would see pirated Mario games altered into "bible games" :lol:
I guess they were tired of "westerners" presenting stories of adventure in the middle east, so they probably think "We can do this ourselves and do it right!"
Granted, I'm not much of an Uncharted fan, so I would not be seeking this out either..
i just had a short look at this {http://www.lensoftruth.com/unearthed-trail-of-ibn-battuta-announced-screens-trailer}. there's no way it could be better than the uncharted series. the main character kinda looks like nate's little brother [if he had a brother, that is]
Wow, that looks ****ing awful. Pretty obvious this is and outright copy of uncharted as far as gameplay and probably mechanics, but it looks like it is being handled by a quite unskilled group of devs.
